Savor and Celebrate

Ah, yes. It’s finally here. Deck Season! You’ve put in the prep. You’ve done the maintenance. And now it’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labor – or better yet – the burger of your labor.
Celebrate the season by firing up the grill and having a good ol’ fashioned cook out. We’ve put together a few of our favorite burger recipes on our Pinterest page – including the Jameson Whiskey blue cheese burger. You’ll never want to go out to dinner again – when you can become the master chef of your own backyard. Scaling back this summer? We’ve got you covered with plenty of healthy options – try the sweet potato black bean burger or portobello mushroom burger.
Before you start grilling – make sure your grill is set several feet away from your house and away from high traffic areas of your deck. Your grill should rest on a flat, safe and secure surface such as non-flammable pads or Deckorators® deck stones. Deck stones are easy to install and protect your surface from heat source. Remember- always keep a fire extinguisher close by when grilling on your deck.
