Classic Aluminum Balusters
Contemporary and sleek aluminum balusters.
Versatile Classic Aluminum Balusters lend outdoor settings a sleek, contemporary feel. Deckorators® Classic balusters install on wood, composite, aluminum or CXT railing. These aluminum balusters are powder-coated with AAMA2604-compliant material, which provides five times the outdoor exposure and twice the humidity exposure as AAMA2603. Add a dazzling glow to your deck railing by alternating Classic balusters with Lighted Round Willow Balusters. Designed to install 2.5 balusters per linear foot using our installation guide. The 29" balusters are available in black, bronze, and white only.
When installed on CXT railing:
- Use 29" baluster for 36" rail height
- Use 32" baluster for a 39" rail height or trim for a 36" rail height
Our Aluminum Balusters are treated with powder-coating. Powder-coating is a dry finishing process in which finely ground particles of pigment and resin are electrostatically charged and sprayed onto an electrically grounded post cap. The charged powder particles adhere to the grounded post cap until they melt and fuse into a smooth coating in the curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable, high-quality finish that is also environmentally friendly. Our Classic, Baroque, Arc, Estate and Traditional balusters are powder-coated with AAMA2604 compliant material, which provides 5 times the outdoor exposure and twice the humidity exposure as AAMA2603.
