Let's take a look at some of our Certified Pro deck builds and see how they created customized outdoor spaces for their customers that are beyond ordinary.
1. Bench Border
Building a bench around the perimeter of your deck is a great way to add additional built-in seating. Certified Pro John Deagle from Tara Hill Construction nailed this project by creating a wraparound bench that is both visually appealing and functional.

2. Shading Pergola
Pergolas create an inviting space while offering a beautiful design element to your deck. Certified Pro Joel Boyer from Unique Deck Builders did a great job creating an attractive yet versatile entertainment space that provides a touch of shade, privacy and protection from the elements.

4. Lattice Skirting
One of the most popular uses for plastic lattice is deck skirting. Deck skirting allows you to cover an unsightly area underneath your deck while providing an optimal storage space. Certified Pro Adrian Petrisor from Adrian's Quality Fence and Deck beautifully incorporated some square plastic lattice to take this homeowner's backyard aesthetic to the next level.

5. Cocktail Rail
Certified Pro Jesse Fuqua from New Creation Decks took this homeowner's railing to the next level by installing a deck board as the top rail with the deck board railing connector. Compatible with nearly all railing systems, the deck board railing connector creates an optimal surface to display décor or rest a drink while enjoying your backyard view.
